Yesterday we gathered to say goodbye to Phil, a beloved musician friend, celebrating his life with stories, laughter, and the songs that made him who he was. The tribute show overflowed with memories of late-night jams and Phil’s unmistakable voice.
We honour Jane, whose strength carried us all through and Michelle, who stood by her side with love and support, even as her own heart was breaking.
We ended the night just as Phil would have wanted — with everyone singing Mustang Sally, the song he made his own, sending him off with one last chorus of joy, love. RIP Phil Kelly
